Scope
Supported feature boundary
Support covers documented lighting automation, shade / blind / shading automation, and comfort climate assistance behavior for supported Control4 residential project configurations.
Support does not cover project-specific programming outside documented driver behavior, unsupported subsystems, safety-critical use, emergency workflows, or claims that depend on equipment not configured according to the documentation.
